DELIVERIES

What delivery options do you offer?

Under normal circumstances, orders are delivered within 7– 18 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier workload, and other factors outside our control.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

How do I know my order was successfully placed?

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don't see it, it could be in your SPAM folder.

When ordering online as a registered customer, you can always double check that an order has been successful by checking your order history.

To do this, go to ‘My Account’ and then select ‘My order history’. This will show you all successful orders along with the order status.

Can I track my order?

Yes.  You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is ready to be shipped. The email will include a link which will enable you to track your order.

Please be aware that information relating to your order may not be available to view immediately after it leaves us – if this is the case, please try again the following day.

Can I have my order shipped to multiple addresses?

If you would like to send orders to more than one address, please place a separate order for each delivery address.

How do I update my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible.

. We can assist in updating your address before your order ships.

Can I add, remove or change items in my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, you cannot modify the items in the order.

If you need to make changes, your order will need to be cancelled, and you will need to place a new order with the intended items.

If you wish to proceed with the cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible for assistance.

ORDER ISSUES

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

How can I cancel my order?

During business hours orders can be canceled within two hours of the order being placed. Outside of business hours or beyond the two hours we cannot guarantee your order will be canceled.

Please send us a message with your request to cancel and include your order number. Once we have received your request, we will process your cancellation.

You will receive a confirmation from Color Wow Customer Service that your order has been cancelled and that the funds will be reversed. If you have further questions or need additional help, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to assist you with any inquiries you may have.

What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

We will investigate the tracking information to determine if the order has been delayed or lost in transit.

In cases where there have been no updates on the tracking and the package is deemed lost, we will arrange to ship a replacement order to you.

Once the replacement is shipped, you will receive new tracking information.

We understand the importance of receiving your products promptly and will do our best to address any delays or issues.

Tracking shows delivered, but haven't received my order. What should I do?

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, there could be several reasons for this discrepancy.

It's possible that the delivery was made to a neighboring address by mistake or the package is still with the courier service awaiting delivery.

We recommend checking around your residence or with neighbors and if you're still unable to find your order, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate further for you.

What should I do if my product arrived damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service immediately. We will promptly ship a replacement for the damaged or defective item, and provide you with new tracking information.

Please let us know the problem, and if possible, provide photos of the damaged items to expedite the process.

What should I do if I received the wrong item in my order?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving incorrect items. If you received incorrect products, the correct ones will be sent to you immediately.

When reporting an issue with your order, if available, please provide the numbers written next to 'Picked by' and 'Packed by' on your packing slip. This information helps us improve our service and prevent future mistakes.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

If your order appears to be lost in transit, as indicated by the lack of updates on the tracking, our customer service team will take prompt action to resolve the issue.

We typically offer the option to ship a replacement order or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.

We aim to ensure that you receive your products as soon as possible or get reimbursed for the inconvenience. Please let us know how you would like to proceed, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Is the date printed on the bottom of the product an expiration date?

No, that is actually the date the product was produced. All Color Wow products are OK to use for 12 months after opening or first use. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What's your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. The original order number must be provided to place a return and you’ll be refunded in full to your original payment method, including the cost of delivery.

How do I return a product for a refund?
How long will it take for the refund to be processed?

Refunds take 5-7 business days to process back to your original payment method.

PROMO CODES

How do I apply a promotional code?

If you have a code you can enter it at the final stage of checkout in the discount code box.

Is there a coupon or discount code available for Color Wow products?

From time to time, Color Wow offers promotions and discount codes through their newsletter or other marketing communications.

Why isn't my promo code working?

Please check the code you are using is still valid. If you have used the code before it won’t apply to additional orders.

You can also find the terms and conditions for all of our promotional codes at the bottom of the email you received.

Can I use more than one promo code at once?

You can only use one promotional code or discount per order.

Which products are exempt from promo codes?

Travel-size products, kits, duos, bundles and merch are excluded from all promotional codes. Please take a look at the caveats for individual promotions for a full breakdown of exclusions.

Absolutely. Every Color Wow formula is sulfate-free, so it’s color-safe and gentle on hair.

Are Color Wow products gluten-free?

Are Color Wow products safe for extensions?

All Color Wow products are safe for extensions, but we recommend always consulting your stylist on which products are best to use with your specific type of extensions.
